Steeping guide:
Hot Brew: 2-3 tbsp of barley grains to 1 liter (~4 cups) of boiling water. Simmer for 5-10 minutes until the water turns a beautiful amber brown. Strain and enjoy.
Cold Brew / Iced Tea (Highly Recommended): 3-4 tbsp of grains to 1 liter of cold water in a pitcher. Refrigerate for 6-8 hours (or overnight). Strain – it's ready! No cooking needed.
Pro Tip: The roasted grains can often be re-used for a second, lighter batch.
