Jin Mudan,a premium variety of Oolong tea (partially oxidized tea) originally from the Fujian province of China, naturally has a sweet, creamy, and milky aroma without any added flavors, milk, or cream! This incredible characteristic comes from a special artisanal processing technique that gently oxidizes and roasts the leaves, unlocking their innate creamy potential. It's followed by subtle notes of blooming flowers.

Steeping guide:

4-5 g leaves with 150ml water at 90-95°C. Steep for 10 seconds. Don't use boiling water, as it can scorch the delicate creamy notes!

This tea is great for 4-5 infusions. Just add more 5 s to each subsequent steep. You'll discover new layers of flavor each time!
