Steeping guide:
1.Add 7-10 dried chrysanthemum buds into a glass teapot or cup (using glass to see the "flower show").
2.200-300 ml water about 195°F (90°C).
3. Steep for 3-5 minutes.
Savor it hot. No need for sugar, but a touch of honey or a goji berry or two can add a nice twist.
For Iced Tea: Steep a larger quantity (10-12 buds per cup of water) for 5 minutes. Strain, let it cool, and pour over ice.
