Brewing Suggestions :

  • Hot Tea: Use 1-2 tsp of tea (4g)per 8oz (200ml) of water heated to 175-185°F (80-85°C). Steep for 30 secends.

  • Iced Tea: Use 2-3 tsp of tea per 8oz of hot water. Steep for 5 minutes, then pour over a full glass of ice.

  • Pro Tip: Can be re-steeped 2-3 times, with each infusion revealing subtly different notes.
